Responsibilities (which may vary by client) :

• Responsible for accurate and timely completion (verification) of timesheets for payroll and billing information for Pediatric client and workers
• Provides supporting documentation to Accounting for submission of billing purposes
• Immediately notifies Pediatric Administrator and / or supervisor of any changes in patient condition as reported or as witnessed
• Participates in or assists with new employee orientation as directed by the Pediatric Administrator
• Prepares and submits accurate reports as requested
• Daily review and accurate processing of mail and other correspondence
• Establishes and maintains rapport with case managers and field staff personnel; assists with audits as required; handles payroll discrepancies and issues appropriately and timely
• Maintains knowledge of current payer / funding sources for all clients
• Monitors utilization of funding sources to ensure accurate billing

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TIMEKEEPER

The Timekeeper works to ensure accurate and timely completion of verification of Pediatric timesheets and supporting documentation for payroll and billing processing.

Our Timekeeper approach each day with a passionate pursuit of caring for fellow workers Pediatric client on a daily basic.

Pay Range : $15 - $17 / hourly
