Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons, ensuring a positive experience
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and sales transactions
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly
- Efficiently process transactions using the cash register system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area
- Participate in inventory management tasks and restocking of merchandise
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets

Requirements:
- Proficient in bussing, cash register operations, and customer service
- Willingness to assist customers and provide support as needed
- Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate transactions
- Experience in quick-service fast-food or similar restaurant environments is advantageous
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or food service setting is beneficial

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.38 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
