ATA Services Inc. Is currently seeking to hire a Financial Specialist to work on a temporary assignment with The Financial Aid Division at the New Mexico Higher Education Department located in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
- Start Date: ASAP through December 31, 2024
- Pay Rate: $29.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Location: 2044 Galiesto Street; Santa Fe (NOT REMOTE)
Our agency is currently seeking an individual with the following skills.
- State of New Mexico SHARE System Experience
- Creation of Purchase Orders within SHARE System
- Creation of Vouchers with SHARE System
- Excel and Microsoft Suite Experience
- Budget Processing
- Tracking of Annual Appropriations
- Reconciling Program Expenditures
