ATA Services, Inc. is seeking to hire 3 – Senior Administrative Assistants to work on a temporary with The City of Albuquerque’s 311 Community Contact Center.

• TEMPORARY POSITION
• Start Date: ASAP until September 13, 2024
• Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour with weekly pay
• Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm
• Required: Must be able to pass background check and drug testing. 

JOB DUTIES:
 To assist answering phone calls for 311 and providing answers to questions about the City of Albuquerque’s services. Must be comfortable with data entry, utilizing a computer and headset and navigating through the City’s website. Excellent customer service skills are a must!

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis. 
• Associate degree in business administration or two (2) year technical certificate in office administration or related field, plus four (4) years of administrative office support experience.
