Overview:
ATA Tools is seeking a Supply Chain Lead that will be responsible for overseeing all the activities required within the Post-Production and Shipping areas to ensure quality and productivity standards are met. They are responsible for supporting Post-Production and Shipping with ensuring efficient workflow and provide direction to the Supply Chain team members. This position supports a lean and a safe manufacturing environment with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Duties:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes from procurement to production planning.
- Implement lean principles to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Utilize Power BI or similar tools to analyze data and drive decision-making.
- Oversee inventory control activities to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Work on continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain operations.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain functions such as procurement, production planning, and inventory control.
- Familiarity with demand planning methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Experience in fabricating, procuring, and managing inventory levels is a plus.
