DescriptionWe are looking for an individual to assist in managing retail assets within a vertically integrated real estate investment firm specializing in commercial real estate. You will be involved in onboarding new assets, capital projects, and enhancing occupancy rates across the portfolio.

CompensationOffering a competitive salary between \(110,000-\)120,000, negotiable based on experience, plus an extensive benefits package and bonus.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Assist the Asset Manager with onboarding new assets, capital projects, and tenant improvement/construction projects throughout the asset lifecycle.
- Analyze leases and rental rates, supporting leasing decisions while monitoring leasing statuses and strategies for assigned assets.
- Verify the accuracy of property operating statements alongside performing monthly/quarterly variance analysis.
- Support the development, management, and completion of project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and yield requirements.
- Coordinate design and construction activities with architects, contractors, surveyors, and consultants to bring projects to successful completion.
- Prepare status updates on portfolio assets by providing relevant reports and supporting documentation regularly.
- Identify at-risk projects and propose corrective solutions to senior management.
- 2 years' experience as an Associate in retail commercial real estate assets.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or accounting.
- Fundamental understanding of equity and debt balancing, time value of money, and real estate finance.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong financial background with real estate knowledge.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and execute projects.
- Results-driven, team player with the ability to collaborate across the organization.
