AtascaVapes is Hiring a Retail Store Manager Near Humble, TX
Job Description
We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team at AtascaVapes! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team. Our pay is hourly plus commission on hardware sales and we run a 2-week pay period of 40hrs. Starting pay is dependent upon experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise store and other retail sales workers
- Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency and coverage
- Train and evaluate new employees
- Perform inventory and make orders for product
- Make bank deposits
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
- Must have reliable transportation in the form of your own vehicle
- Punctuality is key
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Basic mathematics for counting the drawer
- Strong leadership qualities
