Job Requirements
Registered Nurse (RN) / Medical Surgical (MedSurg) / Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)
- Current State Specific Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
- Minimum of one year paid Registered Nurse (RN) work experience within the past year of direct patient care in a hospital in this specialty.
Registered Nurse (RN) / Medical Surgical (MedSurg) / Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a long-term acute care facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient health, documenting and reporting any changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and care strategies.
