What You’ll Be Doing:

• Personal Care: Provide essential personal care services, from assisting with daily activities to ensuring patient comfort.
• Communication: Share vital information with healthcare professionals and document patient care accurately.
• Vital Signs: Monitor and record vital signs, following facility protocols.
• Respect & Dignity: Deliver care that respects patients’ cultural diversity, autonomy, and dignity.
• Stay Sharp: Participate in continuing education to stay up-to-date with state requirements and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Completion of a state-approved nursing program or competency evaluation, and current CNA certification.
• Experience: At least 12 months of experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting.
• Certifications: Current CPR certification, TB-2 Step, Quantiferon, or CXR.
• Skills: Ability to handle potential exposure to bodily fluids and other materials, and to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Work Environment:

• Dynamic Settings: Work in various client facilities with potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids.
