Schedule Notes
Responsible for assurance of timely data submissions to the National Trauma Data Bank (NTDB), ACS Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP), NYSDOH state trauma registry, and NYS TQIP collaborative
Required Certifications
Shift timings: 09:00 AM EST 05:00 PM EST - 3 weeks onsite 1 week remote
Hours Per Day: 08.00
Hours Per Week: 40.00
Days Per Week: 05.00

- Responsible for coordination of resources and activities necessary to ensure that the Trauma Program
- Assists in developing and reviewing policies and procedures in relation to trauma care patients.
- Responsible for implementation, and ongoing assessment, education and communication of these trauma protocols to all disciplines affected by such assists in the identification of patient and staff education needs as related to trauma and works cooperatively with other hospital disciplines to coordinate these needs
- Actively supports all research projects related to trauma care and outcomes through the trauma registry program; maintains continuing education standards.
Schedule Notes
- Either In-person or Webex interviews will be scheduled.
- Needs Trauma Program Manager experience Worked as a Trauma Program Manager in a level 1 or 2 hospital.
- A Trauma Program manager is someone who leads the certification survey process to be accredited as a trauma center.
- Needs to be knowledgeable in the Optimal Resources for Care of the Injured Patient 2022 Edition Has led ACS verification surveys
- A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing and seven years of satisfactory nursing experience, five years of which shall have been in a supervisory or teaching capacity
- STN, AACN, ENA, EAST, SSCM, or ABA
