Greet RVRS guests and answer and triage phone calls.
Responsible for supporting the RVRS main reception area. In that role, the incumbent has primary responsibility for answering the registry's main phone; monitoring and maintaining several RVRS customer service email inboxes; receiving and screening visitors; answering inquiries. Incumbent will also coordinate conference room bookings, assist RVRS units with preparing letters, training packets, meeting notes and other necessary documents.
