We are currently seeking an Industrial Automation Engineer to join our team as a Technical Instructor, delivering expert training on a specific automation software for our clients.

ROLE: Technical Instructor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions on new automation software to clients.
• Instruct clients on designing processes independently from the automation system and deploying applications onto hardware.
• Develop and update comprehensive training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and implement continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to ensure training content remains current and relevant.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automation Engineer (PLC and SCADA).
• Degree in Industrial Automation Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• Residency in Boston, USA, or surrounding areas.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork capabilities, and customer-oriented mindset.
