Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, setting appointments for our sales representatives, and conducting thorough research to identify key organizations and their stakeholders. This role is pivotal in generating leads and contributing to our sales pipeline.

• Call potential clients and set up appointments for the sales team.
• Research and gather relevant contact information from various data sources.
• Identify key stakeholders and organizations to target sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments set in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to sales meeting.
• Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
• Achieve or exceed monthly targets for appointments set and meetings attended.

• Experience in the telemarketing sector.
• Understanding of the sales process and the importance of lead generation.
• Proven track record of setting appointments that lead to closed sales.
• Experience with G-Suite products.
• Experience navigating CRM systems (Close & Copper Preferred)
• Quick adaptation to changing priorities in an agile, fast-paced company.

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Phone communication experience required
• Experience with scripts and Questions
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent research and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in using various research tools and databases.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Persistent, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
• Motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• All candidates must be able to complete a background check and drug test.

Work Environment:

The Sales Development Representative typically works in the office with a knowledge of office equipment and software, but with the opportunity to work remotely with proven years of experience as a skilled Sales Representative.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $15/hour
• $100 per each qualified meeting closed
• 2.5% commission from the first sale of any new customers attained
