Staff Accountant
Our Client has been recognized consistently as a TOP WORKPLACE in Orange County. Due to growth, they are adding a Staff Accountant with experience in multi-entity environments and ERP systems experience.
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 discretionary annual bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements and quarterly reports for senior management.
- Coordinate and review reports from various departments.
- Assist with SEC filings and external audits.
- Produce journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Support new acquisition integrations.
- Prepare supplemental financial schedules and internal variance analysis reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years in Public Accounting or private company accounting.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional time management.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Hands-on and effective in a demanding environment.
- Experience with Great Plains and ERP systems preferred.
