Responsibilities

- Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing their usage of our SaaS platform
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our market share within existing accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

Duties
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including websites and social media
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in product management activities to support product launches
- Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions

Skills
- Proficiency in WordPress for website management
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Experience in content marketing strategies
- Ability to conduct thorough market research
- Skilled in copywriting for various marketing materials
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes
