We are looking for a Senior Data Analytics & Reporting Associate to join our Platform Data Services team within our Product Management division. Your job will be to support healthcare providers by querying databases in SQL and interpreting healthcare data for stakeholders. But enough about us; let’s talk about you.
You are an analytical thinker who integrates appropriate knowledge, information, and expertise in determining solutions to problems. Assesses complex issues from multiple angles in order to get the complete picture.
The Team: Our Platform Data Services team works to support providers by thinking about business problems, investigating the database to see how you can report to confirm what is happening, gathering statistics and identifying ways to resolve technical issues.
Job Responsibilities
  • Reporting and analyses for internal stakeholders including leadership, sales, marketing, product development, and product support
  • Answer product and business value questions, isolate product issues and service gaps, improve client satisfaction, and measure product performance
  • Interacting with database tables, understanding how data structures are impacted by workflows and may affect product requirements, and developing analyses or reports
  • Performing updates and maintenance for the existing SQL code base, reporting library, and reporting databases
  • Handling requests from leadership and escalated client issues
Typical Qualifications
  • Completion of a four-year college degree in a math, science, or computer field and three (3) years of work experience in data analytics or data engineering; or
  • Work experience of at least five (5) years in data analytics or data engineering) and a two-year college degree in a math, science, computer field; or
  • Work experience of at least seven (7) years and demonstrable aptitude in SQL and data engineering, for example showing evidence of having passed advanced skills assessment tests online in t-SQL, data engineering, reporting.
  • Advanced experience with SQL query, data structures and data relationships, data models, or having demonstrably passed online courses and tests in these
  • Advanced experience with Excel or Power BI, for example writing functions or dax expression or having demonstrably passed online courses and tests in these
  • Aptitude and interest for technical problem solving and problem analysis
  • Aptitude and interest for self-teaching
