Purpose :
We're hiring New Business Hybrid Representatives!

In this role, you provide prompt, courteous and accurate customer service related to funding, suitability, regulatory issues, policy issuance, policy requirements, illustrations, and customer correspondence.
In addition, you will be answering inbound New Business calls for part of the day. This ranges from simple requests inquiring about the status of pending business, satisfying outstanding requirements and issuing contracts directly over the phone.
New Business Hybrid Representatives receive extensive customer service training, product & system training to remain current with operational policies, new products, and procedures.
Accountabilities :
- Receives and processes requests from agents, policy owners, and third parties via incoming calls.
- Ensures and documents the appropriate response to each question, which can range from the simple to moderately complex.
- Formulates correspondence through various communication channels and takes initiative to be a solution seeker.
- Follow established procedures for processing annuity applications or annuity rollovers.
- Evaluates incoming documents for validity and completeness, establishing application data on Athene systems and ensuring appropriate signatures have been received.
- Issues policies in the administration system and establish how funding should be set up on each policy.
- Monitor applications for compliance with state regulations, validating that state required forms are submitted.
- Identifying suitability or AML red flags.
- Communicates with the agent contacts and sales staff to gather outstanding requirements.
- Processes receipts and cash items into the appropriate systems.
- Provides prompt, courteous and accurate customer service related to : funding, suitability, regulatory issues, policy issuance, policy requirements, illustrations, and customer correspondence.
- Participates as a team member in problem resolution and projects supporting continuous process improvement.
- Follows up on outstanding information and requesting return of outstanding requirements.
Qualifications and Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Military experience will be considered in lieu of formal degree.
- 1 years’ work experience required; experience in financial services or annuities preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple administrative systems required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including professional communications required.
- Ability to optimally handle call volumes and meet attendance and punctuality standards.
- Knowledge of annuity and financial services regulations preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communications, with proven success explaining concepts and processes to a diverse customer base.
