Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant Manager role located in San Luis Obispo, CA. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as supporting the store manager in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and assisting in staff management. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will ensure that the store maintains visual presentation standards and upholds Athleta's brand values.
