About the job
The ideal candidate for this position has experience in inside sales management, ideally in a startup environment.
You will be the first inside sales manager on the team and will be responsible for managing the inside sales team, communicating with leadership about performance and metrics, and setting the vision and aligning incentives across the inside sales, marketing and engineering organizations. This is an on-site position based in Los Angeles.

- Develop and implement sales strategy
- Report sales metrics
- Manage the sales process (lead generation, closing)
- Support and guidance to junior members
- 1 on 1 management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years relevant management experience
- Excellent communication skills

- Entrepreneurial spirit and startup experience
