Athlinics is Hiring an Operations Coordinator (Sports) Near Indianapolis, IN

Are you a passionate sports enthusiast who loves connecting with people? Athlinics is thrilled to be expanding and we are looking for a Regional Operations Coordinator (Soccer) for the Midwest Region. Athlinics is a unique company that connects youth athletes, the players, to college athletes, the coaches, across the nation in the form of sports clinics. Our mission is two-fold: improve and develop skills while educating young sportsmen and women on the athletic journey and what it means to take the next step toward playing at the collegiate level.

Description:

We are seeking passionate, energetic, and organized individuals to join our team as Regional Operations Coordinator (Soccer). This role is ideal for someone with a zeal for event management, sports, and community engagement. While knowledge or experience in soccer is a plus, it is not required. The Regional Associate will plan, facilitate, and host events on select weekends nationwide, requiring flexibility for weekend travel. On average, 1-2 weekends per month will be occupied with events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate youth soccer clinics with college athletes in your designated region.
  • Facilitate and host events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all participants.
  • Collaborate with college athletes to deliver engaging and inspiring clinics.
  • Manage a small team of interns to assist in logistical planning.
  • Communicate and schedule with prospective athletes/coaches.

Requirements:

  • Passion for event management, sports, and community engagement.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel on weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in event management or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Base salary starting at $1,500/month, with potential bonuses up to $3,000/month.
  • Part-time role with an expected 10-15 hours per week and select weekend travel dates.

Ideal Candidate: This role is perfect for someone who does not need a full-time income and may have another part-time job or other commitments.
