The idea Controller candidate will have experience with:

· Managing the finance function and overseeing the accounting team.

· Responsible for the maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes.

· Prepares monthly consolidated Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheets.

· Provides timely production of statutory and internal financial reports.

· Performs financial modeling and analysis, as needed.

· Cash management and performs treasury-related duties.

· Ensures appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained.

· Oversees the payroll function and processes.

· Prepares documents as required by CPA.

· Manages and analyzes the physical inventory processes and reports.

· Consults with Human Resources Dept on benefits, 401(k), payroll matters, etc.

· Manages direct reports according to company employment policies.

· Monitors staff performance, including: performance reviews, career planning, discipline, etc., and, delegates work duties and responsibilities.

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university; ten-to-fifteen (10-to-15) years of operational experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, manufacturing environment preferred.

Preferred: CPA Certification, ERP system experience (Epicor) and ISO certification experience.

Other/technical Skills: Expert experience level operating computer and office equipment including, excellent working knowledge Excel and Microsoft Office products.
