We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team as we continue to expand our technical capabilities. 

Performance Objectives:

Requirements Gathering:

• Review existing documentation such as business plans, process maps, and system specifications to gather relevant information.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify, analyze, and document business requirements, and understand their needs and expectations.
• Determine the objectives of an assignment and utilize your expertise to select the methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Process Design:

• Create process models, flowcharts, and diagrams to represent current and future state business processes.
• Identify digitization opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within existing workflows, resulting in streamlined business functions.
• Design and develop creative solutions and future integrations and configure modules to implement optimized business processes.
• Communicate the scope of assignments to system suppliers to collaborate on configuration, data mapping, etc.

Testing, Documentation, and Training:

• Design, lead and perform system and user acceptance testing to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the specified requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting and corrective actions to support integrations and business systems.
• Create and maintain application and process documentation, as well as training materials.
• Train end-users on existing and evolving functionality in various business and manufacturing applications.
