The GovCon Talent Acquistion Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing candidates and making hiring decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for federal contracts
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job specifications
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates
• Conduct interviews, assess applicant qualifications, and make hiring recommendations
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum five (5) experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Minimum two (2) years managing recruiting/talent team
• Experience in GovCon cleared candidate sector mandatory
• Familiarity with HR sourcing tools
• Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques including lead generation and succession planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $86,500.00 - $90,200.00 per year
