About The JobReporting to the Manager, Employee Support, the HR Generalist provides labour relations consultation, advice, and support to people leaders. This role will promote and foster a problem-solving labour relations approach with all stakeholders and support a consistent application of collective agreements, legislation, relevant regulations and acts, policies, and procedures. In addition to employee support, you will conduct thorough incident investigations. This role will participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes, procedures, and training and development initiatives. Bachelor of Human Resources preferred.
Minimum 3 years HR Generalist level work experience in unionized environment required.
Experience working with UltiPro UKG HR system or similar HRIS.
Proficiency in Office 356 and SharePoint.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
