Atkinson Realty is looking for inspectors for our vacation rental homes at the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Each inspector will travel to our vacation rental homes and perform an inspection based on a pre-set list of questions and requirements. Inspectors are responsible for ensuring that no damages were done by the previous guest as well as making sure appliances and electronics are in working order for the incoming guest. Position requires downloading our inspection app with the ability to upload
pictures during the inspection.

Job requires working Saturdays, 10am – 3pm, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Must be detail oriented and have your own transportation.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week

• Weekends as needed
