The Operations Support Specialist – Data Analyst role is responsible for providing support to the Section Lead through information accumulation, data entry, analysis and problem-solving for work planning and control. This is a full-time position with robust benefits. This position will be supporting our premiere client and is open to applicants located in Chandler, AZ or Portland, OR, or remote support.

How will you contribute to the team?
- Collect data from various sources on a recurring basis.
- Compile, verify for accuracy and prepare data for processing.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors.
- Research and obtain further information as necessary.
- Organize and manage storage of information.
- Generate reports for review and analysis.
- Assemble report presentations for leadership stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the client and trade contractors.
- Experience with MS Office and data platforms, including Smartsheets and Power BI.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to facilitate and manage data inputs and changes across multiple projects.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and under strict deadlines.
