Customer Service Associate / Cashier

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy.
- Promote sales of electronics, technical products, and jewelry.

Skills:

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in electronics sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide outstanding service.
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
