Event Administrative Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION : The Event Administrative Specialist provides full administrative support to the Event Sales Division.This position is dedicated and committed to supporting the plans, communication, and ultimate execution of details for our clients and customers.
Essential functions
• Provides administrative support to a fast-paced sales division.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on assigned tasks with accuracy
• Manages and services all in-house sub rentals from start to finish to include detailed communication to appropriate internal teams.
• Acts as administrative support for large events and projects
• Manages continuation billing for all extended rentals.
• Sources specialty item requests and maintains sub-rental procedures
• Provides reporting in Excel and Rental software
• All other administrative support duties assigned.
Required experience:
• Must possess sales and customer-relation skills.
• Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel knowledge and experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
• Trouble-shooting and analytical skills
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Education:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Rental software or other system knowledge and experience.
• Previous administrative support role a plus
• Bi-lingual is a plus
