MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPEREINCE IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY!!! EITHER WEDDINGS, FESTIVALS, HOTELS,EVENTS ETC.EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CLIENTS TO PLAN AND COORDINATE EVENTS AND GROW SALES PORTFOLIO
- Coordinating Events
- Maintain and grow portfolio
- Client visits
- Prepare and execute proposals and rental contracts.
- Ability to manage multiple events
- Facilitate incoming leads with urgency to successfully bring to closing
- Support sales team as well as other departments
- Follow up with external clients
- Handle contract prices to clients and ensures payents are collected in a timely fashion
- Sense of urgency
- Client focus
- Handle and support their rental equipment and customer appointments
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Word, Outlook and Excel are required
