Job Description- Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 or small group format- Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment plan- Accurately implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and/or behavior support plans- Maintain precise and meticulous client progress records, which may include data sheets, graphs, daily notes, anecdotal information, etc.- Maintain a safe, clean, stimulating, and fun environment for the client- Collaborate with the client family and related professionals as needed regarding client updates, progress, behavioral concerns, etc.- Uphold company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA intervention in line with the BACB ethical guidelines- Promptly report all incidents of abuse/neglect and train others to recognize signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitation- Provide high quality customer service to clients and their families- Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement. 100% Center-based. BCBA supervisor works on site as well. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20/hr to start as RBT1 w/ advancement opportunities to Level up (3 Levels) for an additional $1/hr per Level. PLUS Additional $1/hr raises every 3 months (up to 4 increases)! 32-40 hours scheduling, Comprehensive Training program; 2 weeks PTO, 1 week UTO, 3 Paid Mental Health days, 8 Paid Holidays including 1 Floating Holiday; Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401k; advancement opportunities. RequirementsEducation and/or Experience Requirements:
Current/Valid RBT Certificate
H.S. Diploma/GED required; Bachelors, or associate’s degree in psychology, social work, special education or related field preferred.
CPR certification or eligible to get certified within 90 days of hire
Relevant experience preferred.
Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry patients.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal relationship skills
Desire for continued learning opportunities, and willingness to embrace instruction
Ability to work with multi-disciplinary team members.
Computer skills.
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders required.
