Department DescriptionThe Builder Division Production is responsible for moving orders from the Sales Department through the processes of ordering material, scheduling installations, and ensuring all billing can be successfully processed. Daily communication with builders, all AFDC facilities, departments, and Quality Control personnel in the field, is crucial.
Job ResponsibilitiesDue to the individuality of each customer, this is a very fluid position with responsibilities being tailored daily to meet the customer requirements. Baseline responsibilities are:
- Constantly check builder portals and update excel spreadsheets with new information.
- Effectively communicate any updates with CSR’s.
- Respond to builder emails regarding production dates.
- Monitor and track all portals to ensure accurate install dates.
- Provide feedback to resolve discrepancies and eliminate production errors.
