Work Performed: The Room Service Server will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments: Presents menus, answer guest questions, and suggest food and beverage items; Take food and beverage orders, relaying them to the kitchen; Serve and deliver room service items to guests; Compute bill and accepts payment, tracking sales receipts; Report tips for tax processing; Maintain wait station by keeping area tidy, clean, disinfected and stocked with glasses, silverware, and related supplies; Set-up, delivery and presentation of room service orders and VIP amenities; Coordinate amenity delivery request in connection with the kitchen department; Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management and Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position. Qualifications: Required Prior Experience: Prior customer service experience Preferred Prior Experience: Six (6) months of previous server, and/or cashier experience Preferred Education: High school diploma or equivalent Required Licenses/ Certification: Food Safety Training certified or become certified within first 60 days of employment.
