Atlanta Pediatric Healthcare is a Medicaid certified homecare provider licensed in the state of Georgia, providing services throughout Metro Atlanta area. We are dedicated to providing home care services to infants, children and young adults up to the age of 21 with complex developmental or behavioral disabilities as well as those with short or long-term health needs. We will work with you and your healthcare providers to design a personalized plan that's right for the whole family.

Competitive Pay: Starting at $30 per hour.

Pay Raises: $1 pay raise every 6 months, until reaching $40 per hour.

Longevity Bonuses: $1,000 after the first year, increasing by $500 each subsequent year.

Consistency Bonuses: $300 every quarter for high performance and attendance.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. As a Registered Nurse in Home Health, you will provide personalized nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

**Duties:**

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

- Monitor and report changes in patient's condition

- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses and injuries

- Perform procedures such as tube feeding, phlebotomy, venipuncture, and vital sign monitoring

- Provide specialized care for memory care patients

- Client renewals and assessments (care plan, assessments, summary of client condition)

- Respond to emergencies with expertise in emergency medicine

**Skills:**

- Valid RN license in State of Georgia

- Experience in home health or similar setting preferred

- Proficiency in tube feeding, possible trach and vent care (depending on client needs)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Current BLS certification

- Negative TB Test

- Successful background check

- References required
