Position Summary

Atlanta Storage is seeking an experienced property management professional who is knowledgeable about self-storage operations and passionate about customer service to serve as a full time Property Manager. This individual will direct and oversee day-to-day operations of the storage facility located at 645 Shelton Avenue SW. Atlanta Storage is part of the MET Atlanta and this position will be part of the larger MET Atlanta project team.

Primary Functions

1. Lease storage units and maintain facility goals for occupancy
2. Develop active leasing and marketing strategy to promote facility to market area
3. Manage tenant receivables (posting payments, delinquencies, lien sales)
4. Establish and manage an annual operations budget
5. Establish facility climate for professionalism, customer service delivery, and facility presentation
6. Update and utilize web-based property management software to track business
7. Maintain records of all transactions and activities related to facility operations, including leasing maintenance, repairs, and insurance coverage
8. Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor contact
9. Establish and maintain community relations
10. Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed

Experience Required

• Minimum one year in property management role preferably in the self-storage industry
• Budget management and lease administration
• Knowledge of StorEdge management software a plus
• Equipment leasing is a plus

Education & Training

College degree preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $46,000.00 per year
