Pay for this position starts at $16 / hour. This position requires availability for any shift between 7am and 7pm and includes weekends, holidays, overtime, and on call as needed.
Responsibilities
Passenger Services Agent Responsibilities
- Provide customers with professional service and assistance
- Making hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft
- Processing customer purchases and fuel transactions
- Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met
Required Skills
Passenger Services Agent Qualifications
- Customer service / hospitality experience
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- 18 years of age
- A valid state driver’s license
- Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations
