Essential Functions
Answer calls in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
Ability to provide basic dealership information to callers with general inquiries
Strive to minimize the amount of time a customer spends on hold
Process sales and service department tickets
Assists with administrative tasks as needed
Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers
Reconcile cash drawer and credit card batch at the end of shift
Scan and prepare paperwork for accounting as needed
Issue refunds following approval process
Issue Receipts for Down payments, Ordered Units, Cash Deals
Checking Car Deals IN & OUT- Nightly Check of deals that aren’t returned.
Checking out Dealer Plates, Nightly check of any plates not Returned.
FedEx Shipping
File car deals, Stock in Keys
Incoming and Outgoing Mail
Call customers for Refund checks/ When Plates are ready to be picked up.
Position Requirements
Excellent communication, listening and organizational skills.
Maintain a professional, respectable and well-groomed appearance.
Possess a courteous, friendly and outgoing demeanor.
Ability to speak and communicate clearly.
Ability to work well with the public
High school Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
Ability to operate a multi-line switchboard
Ability to work in a technology-oriented environment
