In this role you must be professional, friendly, courteous and capable of handling challenging situations with ease. You are the goodwill ambassador for the hospital and will coordinate and represent all facets of the client care experience. We are looking for a Full-time Client Service Representative to provide outstanding customer service to our clients. Looking for an applicant that has a flexible schedule and available to work both nights and weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Prepare records and consent forms
· Answer phones
· Organize and distribute faxes and mail accordingly
· Assist clients fill out registration forms
· Send out thank you and sympathy cards
· Admit patients
· Perform client check-in/out
· Schedule appointments and procedures
· Confirm patient appointments and procedures
· Scan documents into correct patient charts
· Fax/print & send documents
· Fully navigate DVMAX
· Listen and respond to client’s needs and concerns
· Receive, document and resolve customer complaints.
· Provide information about hospital services
· Process invoice payments, deposits, and refunds
· Daily balance of payments and transactions
· Daily closeout of terminals and DVMAX
· Efficiently take messages
· Notify doctors & technicians of patient arrival
· Maintain and purge medical records
· Handle miscellaneous correspondence
· Maintain up-to-date magazine selections in waiting area
· Maintain coffee machine & water station in waiting area
· Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized at all times
· Willingness to cover shifts, work a flexible schedule, work holiday shifts and occasional overtime when needed
