Our company is looking for an experienced leader to become the next Division Manager. The Division Manager is responsible for managing a division's operations, financial performance, business development, project management, people management, safety and compliance, and communication.

Experience:
General overview of the typical duties and responsibilities:
1. Leadership: The Division Manager must provide effective leadership to the division, including setting goals and objectives, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the division meets or exceeds its performance targets.
2. Financial Management: The Division Manager must ensure the financial health of the division, including developing and managing budgets, tracking and reporting financial performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and profitability.
3. Business Development: The Division Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the division's area of expertise, including managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Project Management: The Division Manager must oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all projects within the division, including managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that all work is completed on time, on budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
5. People Management: The Division Manager is responsible for training and managing a team of employees within the division, including setting performance goals, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
6. Safety and Compliance: The Division Manager must ensure that all work within the division complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
7. Communication: The Division Manager must communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, employees, suppliers, and senior management, and provide regular reports on divisional performance, opportunities, and challenges.
