**Job Title:** General Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including shift management, interviewing, inventory management, cooking, hospitality management, bartending, food service, hotel operations, restaurant management, and food handling. As the General Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving profitability.

**Duties:**

- Lead and supervise a team of employees to deliver outstanding service

- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity

- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation

- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions to build a strong team

- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures

- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality standards

- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in shift management within the hospitality industry

- Strong background in inventory management and control

- Proficiency in cooking techniques and food handling procedures

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
