Job Summary:
We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and have a background in customer service and data entry.
Responsibilities:
- Answer 30-40 calls per day
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Log all customer contacts in database.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Experience in data entry and customer service roles
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and ability to use a laptop.
- Ability to work weekends
