Compensation: $100,000 – $160,000/year plus bonus.
Location: Greenwich, CT
Responsibilities of the Finance Senior Associate:
- Oversee quarterly reporting and review workpapers prepared by the fund administrator.
- Review financial statements and tax returns, leading respective processes.
- Manage the preparation/review of Management Company financial statements and budgeting.
- Assist with quarterly valuation templates, deal-closing procedures, and portfolio monitoring.
- Maintain investor CRM and communication, including monitoring the Investor Portal.
- Assist with operational procedures and compliance filings.
- Participate in committee meetings.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in private equity required.
- CPA preferred but not required.
- QuickBooks
