Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000/year
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to FridayResponsibilities as the Financial Analyst:
- Reporting: Create and maintain financial reports within the Financial Management System.
- Analysis: Provide in-depth financial and strategic analysis for senior management and department heads.
- Trend Analysis: Analyze financial trends, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Market Insight: Deliver consistent analysis on market trends, program performance, and competitive context.
- Financial Review: Partner with department heads to review monthly financial results and provide recommendations.
- Planning: Assist in the development of annual financial plans and quarterly forecasts.
- Efficiency: Evaluate processes to drive efficiencies and improve ROI.
- Modeling: Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5 years in financial analysis or accounting; experience with Workday Report Writer.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, relationship-building abilities, process improvement orientation, and effective communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
