Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000/year bonus
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to FridayResponsibilities as the Financial Operations Analyst:
- Cash Transactions: Analyze cash transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Fund Transactions: Initiate and process fund expenses and other related transactions.
- Liaison Role: Coordinate with administrators on transaction bookings and manage exceptions.
- Settlement Support: Assist in the initiation and settlement of certain transactions.
- Reporting Assistance: Support the Finance team with periodic fund and SMA reporting cycles.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation on various procedures related to financial operations.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to projects and handle ad hoc requests as needed.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in financial operations or a similar role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
