Overview:
Our company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical systems, facilities management, and leadership.

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- Manage equipment repairs, installations, and upgrades
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
- Troubleshoot electrical systems using ohmmeters and voltmeters
- Fabricate parts or components as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities management and maintenance supervision
- Strong knowledge of low and high voltage electrical systems
- Proficiency in using ohmmeters and voltmeters for diagnostics
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
