Responsibilities:
Work under the guidance of the Managing Director and Head of Marketing on a range of tasks related to investor relations, fundraising, and marketing support
Oversee and track sales leads and fundraising initiatives using the CRM.
Organize and manage the annual in-person investor meeting and semi-annual investor webinar.
Arrange and coordinate marketing team travel to enhance LP engagement and fundraising activities.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new investors, coordinating with LPs, fund administrators, and legal counsel.
Update and maintain marketing materials for the firm and its funds, supporting all marketing and communication activities.
Manage and update the client portal, data room, and CRM.
Address investor inquiries and due diligence requests for different funds and accounts.
Prepare and distribute all investor reports, including PCAPs, financial statements, and tax documents.
Oversee the management of the firm’s website, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Collaborate with the PR team to draft and disseminate press releases via the website, LinkedIn, and email newsletters.
Coordinate and submit nominations for various industry awards on behalf of the firm.
Required Qualifications:
3 to 8 years of relevant client service, investor relations, or marketing support experience in private equity or credit industry
