Responsibilities:

• Work under the guidance of the Managing Director and Head of Marketing on a range of tasks related to investor relations, fundraising, and marketing support
• Oversee and track sales leads and fundraising initiatives using the CRM.
• Organize and manage the annual in-person investor meeting and semi-annual investor webinar.
• Arrange and coordinate marketing team travel to enhance LP engagement and fundraising activities.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new investors, coordinating with LPs, fund administrators, and legal counsel.
• Update and maintain marketing materials for the firm and its funds, supporting all marketing and communication activities.
• Manage and update the client portal, data room, and CRM.
• Address investor inquiries and due diligence requests for different funds and accounts.
• Prepare and distribute all investor reports, including PCAPs, financial statements, and tax documents.
• Oversee the management of the firm’s website, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the PR team to draft and disseminate press releases via the website, LinkedIn, and email newsletters.
• Coordinate and submit nominations for various industry awards on behalf of the firm.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 to 8 years of relevant client service, investor relations, or marketing support experience in private equity or credit industry
