Role: Operations Analyst
Location: Midtown, NYC (Hybrid Schedule)
The Firm:
$15B institutional asset manager that manages private equity and private credit
Position Overview:
This role will support front office with all aspects of operations including reporting, cashflow calculations, waterfall distributions, hypothetical trade test scenarios, trade support, loan settlement, etc.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years middle office operations experience
- Experience with credit products is a must (Structured Credit - CLOs/Diversified Hedge experience)
- Proactive mindset and positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Cashflow calculations
- Waterfall distributions
- Trade booking and settlement
- Cash and Position Reconciliations
- FX trading
- Running periodic reporting and hypothetical trade test scenarios
- Free cash reports, repo financing, future trade and funding needs
- Trade support
