Role : Senior Accounting and Operations Associate

Location : New York, NY - 5 days in office

Compensation : $105k - $135k base plus 20 - 25% bonus

Accounting Support:

- Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly estimates, Fund and Managed Account month-end close/net asset value calculations, accruals, fee calculations.

- Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation, including compilation of financial statements and footnotes, recalculating, and reviewing prepared tax documents.

- Help develop and enhance controls and policies and procedures.

Operations Support:

- Assist with review of daily trade, position, cash and P&L reconciliations between Advent Geneva, Prime Brokers, and Administrator.

- Assist with P&L and portfolio reporting, cash analysis and FX hedging as needed.

- Assist with all reporting requests including IRR’s, attribution and exposure reporting and marketing reporting.

- Work with trading, investor relations and compliance/regulatory teams processing various ad-hoc requests.

- Daily reconciliation of cash and positions with Prime Brokers (PB’s) and Administrator

- Work with PB’s and counterparties to affirm trades, resolve breaks vs executing brokers, manage settlement, review swap resets, review non-trading cash activity.

- Review and update corporate actions.

- Assist with end of day trade processing and allocation.

- Assist with collateral movements and capital calls with each prime broker and other cash movements.

- Assist in transferring assets across PB’s and provide reporting to manage cash balances.

- Maintain internal Security Master

- Assist with ad-hoc portfolio data requests for internal and external reporting.

- involved in all aspects of middle- and back-office operations.

Compliance Support:

- Assist with the preparation of certain compliance and regulatory filings including Form PF, 13F and AIFMD.

- Ad-Hoc compliance support as required.
