Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000/year bonus
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to FridayResponsibilities as the Manager, Talent Acquisition:
- Strategic Planning: Lead talent acquisition efforts aligned with business goals and develop/implement TA strategy with senior leadership.
- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
- Assessment and Selection: Conduct interviews, partner with hiring managers for data-driven decisions, and manage offer negotiations and onboarding.
- Data Analysis and Compliance: Track recruitment metrics, generate insights, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and promote diversity and inclusion.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Experience: 5-10 years in talent acquisition with strategic and project management experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Technical: Proficient in ATS, HRIS, and recruitment software.
- Other: HR certification is a plus.
