Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical terminology, practice management, and acute care.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including receptionists and medical assistants
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and billing processes
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and policies
- Handle human resources functions within the office setting
- Monitor inventory levels of medical and office supplies

Skills:
The successful candidate should ideally possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology and critical care systems
- Experience in acute care or specialty office settings is a plus
- Strong practice management skills
- Knowledge of managed care principles
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, including nurses
