- Responsibilities:
- Operating the MR scanning unit with expert knowledge of the system's computer and program modalities for scanning procedures and image transfer.
- Evaluating screening to ensure patient safety in the magnetic field.
- Collaborating with the Radiologist and following scanning protocols.
- Completing daily tasks, documenting in Zotec and required forms.
- Managing patient flow and accommodating unscheduled patients.
- Performing quality control testing and equipment calibrations as per office policy.
- Communicating maintenance needs to the Chief Technologist/Office Administrator.
- Participating in meetings, education programs, and designated activities.
- Responding to office codes and ensuring safety procedures for patients and staff.
- Interacting effectively with patients of all age groups.
- Performing other assigned duties.
